What material do you use for my pull up banner?

At Wholesome, we use industry grade materials for printing our custom pull up banners that can be used in both indoor and outdoor settings. If the requirement is for indoor usage, we employ 200gsm banner stock as standard. And creating an outdoor premium pull up banner product, we utilise a 220gsm banner stock. The 220gsm banner stock has a higher durability and is waterproof making it perfect for outdoor use. Along with this, we manufacture all our premium pull up banners with a laminated gloss or matt coating for further protection and professional finish.

Can you reprint my roll up banner if there is a mistake in printing?

Unfortunately, we are unable to overprint retractable banners / roll up banners as the material does not allow for this. We go through a process of having the artwork thoroughly checked and approved by our clients. Only after receiving the final confirmation and sign-off from our clients, do we print. Our design team at Wholesome takes every effort to verify each and every aspect before sending it to the printing stage.

Which do you suggest, a thin stock or a thicker stock for my retractable banner?

It all depends upon your needs and the purpose or how you use the retractable banner. If you are looking for a more resistant solution, then a thicker pull up banner stock is recommended; a thinner pull up banner stock can be suitable for more short-term use (such as one-off events) and if cost is a consideration.

How resilient is your portable banner display?

When your portable banner display is in continuous usage (daily), it can last up to six months or maybe even a little longer, depending on how careful you are when handling it. The durability of your pull up banners also relates to factors like the environment in which it is being used (indoor or outdoor / direct sunlight / sea spray ect) or its frequency of use.

What is the manufacturing time for a pull up banner?

The first step is to receive artwork approval from your business. After that is completed and confirmed, it typically takes three to four working days to manufacture your custom pull up banner.

What is the delivery time for custom pull up banners?

We aim for all orders of our premium pull up banners to be delivered on time. Direct pick-up from our factory is an option for businesses in the Northern Rivers area. Shipping is generally organised by you, the client, and can be done via Australia post or a courier service. At your request, we can also arrange for shipping to your preferred location.
